Path to Excellence Scholarship Program

Every year, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage provides a Path to Excellence scholarship program which benefits graduating Silicon Valley high school students and assists them in their continuing education.

Through the program, 10 Silicon Valley scholars were selected from public high schools in Santa Clara County. Each winning scholar receives a $2,000 scholarship.

In May of 2006, Wayne Mason presented scholarships to 2 very deserving students at James Lick High School and Silver Creek High School.

James Lick High School

Wayne presented the award to Emmajean Johnson from James Lick High School.  Emmajean excelled in all of her studies and now looks forward to going to college to pursue her major.

Silver Creek High School

At Silver Creek High School, there were many students who worked hard and excelled in the academics.  The deserving recepient of the Path to Excellence Scholarship went to Kimmai Nguyen, Valedictorian.  Wayne presented the award to Ms. Nguyen at the award ceremony in May.
